We install a live interface on your network that tracks all activities by cashiers, bartenders, and food servers. Generally we get data in real-time.

How many POS termlnals can eConnect handle?

We service customers who have a single terminal and also very large clients who have thousands of terminals. There really is no limit.

Which camera systems does eConnect work with?

Generally, we work with most systems. Some Costco type systems or extremely outdated systems can be hard to connect with but any modern DVR, NVR or IP Camera is supported. The eConnect team can help upgrade your surveillance environment as needed.

How long will it take to deploy POS Connect at my property?

It usually takes just a day or two to get the core system installed. Once the data is flowing and video is streaming we will provide training which can all be accompllshed in less than a week.

Are you PCI compliant?

PCI compliance does not apply to our system as we do not touch payment card data. Network rules and additional security are always recommended and are up to the client to implement.
