How It Works

First-Time Guest:

When a new guest enters, their government-issued ID is scanned at a check-in kiosk. The system captures their facial image and enrolls them into eConnect’s database.

Return Visits:

On subsequent visits, as the guest approaches the kiosk or entry camera, facial recognition instantly identifies them. Their face is matched with their original ID enrollment, verifying their identity without the need to rescan.

Visual Confirmation:

The kiosk glows green if the guest is verified and allowed to enter without presenting ID again. It glows red if ID verification is still required.

Staff Notification:

Alerts and visual cues are logged and/or sent to staff as needed for guests who are flagged, unenrolled, or require further verification.
