How It Works
The integration connects eConnect’s facial recognition and identity analytics platform to Gallagher Command Centre using secure REST-based authentication. Video streams from supported, ONVIF-compliant cameras are analyzed in real time by the eConnect AI engine to identify known individuals, detect unknown individuals, and track movement throughout facilities. Identity validation events, facial recognition alerts, and movement data are surfaced directly within Gallagher Command Centre, where existing access rules, workflows, and policies can be applied based on identity, behavior, and context. Security operators remain entirely within the Gallagher interface to manage access decisions, investigate tailgating events, validate mustering and evacuation status, and review identity-based activity, without switching systems or workflows.
