In this training segment, our team member Nic Richey demonstrates how to export a video from a saved case within the eConnect platform.
When a video is exported, it includes everything necessary for playback—no additional software or prerequisites are required. eConnect’s built-in offline video player is fully self-contained, enabling seamless viewing on any Windows desktop.
Any data associated with the video—such as transaction overlays or facial recognition tags—will also be displayed within the offline player. Additionally, all exported videos are digitally watermarked to ensure integrity and to protect against tampering.
